Vision:
The vision for ITWLA was birthed by Dr. Myles Munroe to produce a global network of leaders from every discipline committed to the highest standards of excellence in leadership training, personal development, mutual accountability, fraternal support; focusing on innovative and practical applications of leadership philosophy based on time-tested precepts, principles and values.
Vision Slogan:
ITWLA has continued to uphold its vision to promote “CHANGE…THROUGH LEADERSHIP” by expanding its wings to more nations, governmental agencies, political arenas, business and consulting firms, and other entities.
Purpose:
The purpose for ITWLA is to encourage and provide for the development of creative leadership, effective management and efficient administration by the application of time-tested principles through global research, formal leadership training and networking, creatively addressing the unique leadership challenges of the 21st Century with special focus on the unique Third World context.
Regional Executive Directors are appointed to the following international regions: Australia, Brazil, South Africa, South America, Netherland Antilles, Central Caribbean, Southern Caribbean, Canada and the United States. Twelve National and State Representatives represent Brazil, Guyana, Mexico, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Jamaica, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington. District Directors represent Detroit, Michigan; Southfield, Michigan; Los Angeles, California; El Carmen, Mexico; Dallas, Texas; London, England; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Southern California.
Our Member’s Seven Levels of Benefits include a variety of opportunities for them to receive discounts on ITWLA products and seminars, travel opportunities with the Chairman, and tuition discounts on courses offered in the International Leadership Training Institute.
Today ITWLA continues to grow and expand its membership to more than 70 nations representing over 500 active members. Our Trustee Board consists of 57 members representing over 40 nations, under the leadership of Dr. Myles Munroe, Founding Chairman.
